Q: Who is the product for?
A: For absolutely everyone. Are you working in a hand-sensitive job (musician, surgeon, etc.)? The Light feders are for you. Do you want to improve your distance management, speed, or tempo? Go for the Light feders! Are regular feders too heavy for you? SIGI Light is the answer. Do you just want to have lots of fun? No hesitation, just try them out.
Q: What is this product for?
A: For everything. It’s amazing for drills. Do you need to make a hundred thrusts? The mechanics are the same as with any other feders, but there’s significantly less strain on your muscles. It’s fantastic for sparring. We nicknamed them ‘Socialist swords’ or ‘equalizers’. They sort of even people out since everybody will be super fast from the start no matter their disposition.
Q: Can I use them against normal feders?
A: As with any other of our swords, SIGI Lights are made to withstand a lot of abuse. However, they have significantly less mass, so repeatedly hitting them with a heavier object with a stronger impact force may cause faster wear. SIGI Lights should ideally be used against SIGI Lights or swords of similar proportions.
Q: Are the blades replaceable?
A: SIGI Lights are threaded with an M6 screw. If your blade breaks at any stage of its lifetime, you can simply replace it with a new SIGI Light blade. You can also switch other components if they are damaged or if you’re looking for an upgrade.
