We are inviting you to the 1st year of the HEMA tournament Bratislava En Garde!, which will take place on May 27th, 2023.
The tournament is organized by the fencing association Manu Forti, under the auspices of the Federation of European Martial Arts of Slovakia (FEBUS). The tournament will follow the FEBUS ruleset.

TOURNAMENT CATEGORIES:
Sword and buckler (24 fencers)
Rapier and dagger (24 fencers)

VENUE
The tournament will take place in the FEI STU Gym, Ilkovičova 3, Bratislava (https://elfsport.sk/stranky/vek_telocvia.html)

SCHEDULE:
8:30: Start of the registration
9:00: Official opening of the tournament
9:15: Sword and buckler: groups, eliminations, finals
13:30 Rapier and dagger: groups, eliminations, finals
18:00 Results for both categories
Fencers competing only in the rapier & dagger could register until 11AM.

ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR THE TOURNAMENT:
Online registration will open on April 28th, 2023, at 18:00. Payment must be sent by May 5th, 2023. Registration is complete only after the payment arrives in the bank account.

IMPORTANT:

You are kindly asked to bring your mandatory equipment: protective gear and fencing weapons. The quality of the equipment will be checked at the registration on the place and by referees. In case of inadequate equipment, the fencer could be disqualified from the tournament, without a return of the registration fee. Organizers will not be able to lend any spare equipment.

ACCOMMODATION:
Information on accommodation will be published on FB pages during April.

PARKING:
Free parking is possible at the tournament venue, please use the official parking spots.
