Our goal is to deliver a smooth\, fun\, and low-stress competitive experience for both our fencers and the local community.\nEvent Schedule:\nFoam Sword Event – Saturday\, November 15th at 2:00 PM\nRegistration opens at 1:00 PM\nPerfect for beginners or anyone without full protective gear — accessible\, fun\, and open to all skill levels! \nSteel Longsword Events:\nNovice Division – Saturday\, November 15th at 3:00 PM\nAdvanced Division – Sunday\, November 16th at 12:00 PM \nSteel Rapier Event – Sunday\, November 16th at 10:00 AM\nRegistration for Sunday events opens at 9:00 AM. \nVolunteer Judges & Club Participation:\nThis event is also a valuable opportunity for our volunteer directors and side judges to gain hands-on experience in a welcoming and educational environment.\nWe also welcome judges and directors from other clubs sending 3 or more fencers — feel free to reach out if you’d like to get involved! \nAwards & Recognition:\nAs part of our tournament tradition\, we’ll be awarding:\n1st\, 2nd\, and two 3rd place medals for each event\n“Best Performance” medals\, chosen by our tournament directors\, honor spirit\, skill\, and standout moments.\nWe’re incredibly excited to share another fantastic weekend with you\, whether you’re competing\, supporting\, or just curious.
