DESCRIPTION:HEMA WashFechten 2025 will be a 2 day historical fencing event focused on a number of tournaments alongside a separate sparring area to the side. \nThe disciplines will be longsword open\, longsword womens\, saber open and a mixed weapon team relay tournament. \nWe will be posting further information about them all in future. We are still accessing if further disciplines such as saber womens\, or rapier&dagger open may be feasible this year as well. SUMMARY:Tag des Schwertes 2025 - Burg Reichenstein
DESCRIPTION:Zur Veranstaltung \nDie Faszination Schwert begleitet den Menschen schon lange Zeit. In Büchern und Filmen werden Schwerter von Held*innen geführt. Kinder wie auch Erwachsene sind von der Gefahr des geschliffenen Stahls\, der Symbolkraft des europäischen Langschwerts oder der Eleganz in den Bewegungen bezaubert. Am „Tag des Schwertes“ wollen wir dieser Faszination Raum geben. Eine bunte Palette unterschiedlicher Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten zum Thema Schwert wird geboten: Von Präsentationen aus alten über 600 Jahre alten Fechtbüchern\, aber auch der Vorstellung einer modernen Sportart (HEMA)\, die das Schwert als Sportgerät nutzt\, hin zur Betrachtung eines Originalfund im Museum der Burg. Eines ist für uns klar: Zumindest einmal im Leben sollte man ein Schwert in der Hand gehabt haben. Das Gewicht der Klinge spüren. Den Wunsch\, die Klinge schwingen zu lassen\, erleben. Komm vorbei\, erlebe das Schwert. \nProgramm \nSamstag – Tag des Schwertes\n10:00 Die Burg ist für Fechter*innen geöffnet.\n13:00 Die Burg ist für die Öffentlichkeit geöffnet.\n13:30 Begrüßung\n14:00 bis 18:00 Programm\n18:00 Verabschiedung und Schließen der Burgtore\n18:00 bis Open End: „Vinathek“ die interne Feier für Fechter*innen \nSonntag – Workshops und Training\n7:00 – 16:00 Trainingsprogramm für Fechter*innen \nFür Fechter*innen \nKomm vorbei und fechte mit uns\, den Teilnehmer*innen der Fechtwoche. Die Burg bietet eine wundervolle Kulisse\, auf mehreren Ebenen und in unterschiedlichen Räumen ist genügend Platz für allerlei fechterische Freuden: Freies Fechten sowie technischer Austausch ist durchgehend möglich. \nNatürlich kannst du auch am restlichen Programm teilnehmen\, Workshops besuchen\, schnitttesten\, zuschauen\, mitmachen. Ein kurzer Besuch im Burgenmuseum zum Thema Lebensraum Burg ist sicher auch einen Abstecher wert. \nEssen und Getränke\, die (hoffentlich) Sonne genießen und gemütlich beisammen sein. Wir freuen uns auf dich. \nAm Samstag Abend findet die „Vinathek“\, unsere Afterparty auf der Hochburg mit tanzbarer Musik\, Getränken\, Livemusik und Lagerfeuer + Feuershow statt. \nAm Sonntag gibt es wieder Workshops/Trainings\, die von dir besucht werden können: Gemeinsames Mobilisieren am Morgen\, technisches Training\, Sparrings & Schnitttesten. \nMitbringen: Fechtequipment\, Badezeug (falls ihr nach dem Bewegen einen kurzen Badestopp in der Waldaist einlegen wollt)\, Sonnenschutz \nÜbernachtung: Mit Zelt oder Wohnwagen etc. möglich von Samstag auf Sonntag auf der Wiese der Burg. Wir bitten euch\, nicht früher anzureisen.
