SUMMARY:2025 Clash of Steel
DESCRIPTION:Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) is an endeavor started in the 20th century in the US and Europe\, its aim is to reconstruct European martial arts that has its lineage broken through the interpretation of period manuscripts. In Asia\, more and more people are joining the movement\, either based on the fascination with a foreign culture\, or through a passion for martial arts. A HEMA event for Asia – Clash of Steel. We invite everyone to join us. \nDue to renovation work at our originally planned venue\, we have decided to relocate this year’s event to Chung Mei Auditorium at Fu Jen Catholic University\, a private Catholic institution. This venue is a school gymnasium that resembles a Roman arena and hosted various university sports competitions every year\, including fencing\, basketball\, and volleyball tournaments. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation\, a wide variety of restaurants\, and ample accommodation and medical resources. \nWe hope you will enjoy great food\, have a fantastic time\, and leave with valuable experiences. \nThis year’s event will feature:\nOpen Longsword Tournament\nOpen Rapier & Dagger Tournament\nTen Different Weapon Workshops\nLARP Combat Event on the First Evening\nMore details will be announced on our Facebook page and official website.
