DESCRIPTION:Welcome to THE DAME\, our women’s historical European martial arts fencing tournament.\nThis competition aims to honour female fencers who are passionate about ancient weapons in a peaceful environment.\nWe aim to showcase the technical skills of the combatants while preserving the tactical integrity of the fights\, in accordance with descriptions from historical sources.\nThe event will also feature two workshops. The first will be given by Anna Stankevich in collaboration with Anna Solovey and will focus on structure and movement. The second will be given by Marcjanna Jelinska and will focus on strategy.
