DESCRIPTION:SHŠ Krkavci invites you to the first team longsword tournament in Czechia! \nTeams of 3-4 members compete in the tournament. In the first phase\, the team members compete in groups\, similarly to classic tournaments. Yet again we welcome you in the capital of Bulgaria in the first weekend of November.\nAs with the previous year\, we are working on bringing you both our core formats and something new.\nWe are going bigger yet again\, with 6 tournament categories in 2 days:\nOpen Longsword – 32 spots\nOpen Light Longsword – 20 spots\nLadies’ Longsword – 20 spots\nOpen Arming Sword – 24 spots\nOpen Sword&Buckler – 20 spots\nLadies’ Arming Sword – 20 spots\nFor the big Open Longsword tournament we will have the same format as before – each participant will get at least 7 matches and will have the privilege to judge just as many.\nAll other categories will be judged by a team of selected international referees.\nArming sword and Sword and buckler disciplines are with provided weapons\, the arming sword yet again being the SIGI Junior.\nAll participants can sign up for a Main discipline in the Open categories and add secondary ones as well. DESCRIPTION:miniFecht 2025 is a fresh little competition organized by the Bratislava Fencing Guild (BŠS). The competition will take place on Saturday\, March 15\, 2025 from approximately 9-13:00 in the gym of ŠMND Teplická 7. We assume that we will finish the main part by 12:00\, so there will be time for free sparring until 13:00. \nAs announced in the description and in the registration form\, the competition will be held according to weighted epee rules – this means that so-called deep targets (head\, torso\, upper arms and upper thighs) will be evaluated with 2 points and shallow targets (arms and legs approximately from the knee down) with 1 point. In the case of a hit\, the competitor will receive the ratio of these points (if you hit the head and your opponent’s hands\, your gain is 2 points and his 1 point). The group stage is up to 8 points\, the elimination stage is up to 12. Everyone advances to the elimination. The Vor rule does not apply\, but for other situations we follow the FEBUS rules (penalties\, violations\, equipment standards). \nThe tournament fee is a symbolic 20€ and is paid on site. It covers the costs of the gym\, refreshments and referees.

SUMMARY:London HEMA Open 2025
DESCRIPTION:The London HEMA Open is back for 2025. This year\, we had 95 fencers and almost 500 fights. We were the second largest tournament in the UK\, and the most international by percentage of fencers from overseas clubs. We’re running a two-day tournament on Saturday and Sunday\, followed by Open Sparring at our host club’s venue on Monday morning. \nHead to our website for more information.

SUMMARY:Circle City Steel Clash
DESCRIPTION:This will be our fourth HEMA tournament\, and we couldn’t be more excited! Our goal is to create the best competitive experience for our fencers and the local community\, keeping things smooth\, fun\, and as stress-free as possible.\nTo make sure everyone can join in\, we continue a foam sword format event for those who don’t yet have full protective gear\, so come give it a try on Saturday\, May 3rd at 3 pm (registrations open at 2.30 pm!\nThe rest of the events are on Sunday (the detailed schedule will be posted on April 25th)\nThe Steel Longsword event has Advanced and Novice divisions. Be sure to check out the rules and explanatory videos on the IF CCSC page.\nThis tournament is also a great opportunity for our volunteer directors to gain experience judging real bouts while keeping the atmosphere friendly and open. We are also open to including directors and side judges from clubs with the participation of over 3 fencers. Please\, contact us for details.\nPlus\, as a good tradition\, we’ll be awarding “Best Performance” medals\, as chosen by our tournament directors\, along with 1st\, 2nd\, and two 3rd place medals for each event.\nWe will award 1st\, 2nd\, and two 3rd places for each event.

DESCRIPTION:Barcino Pugnare is a Hema tournament divided into three categories: longsword\, rapier\, and saber.\nThis year it will be held in the city of Barcelona\, on the facilities of Sala d’Armes de Montjuïc (SAM)\, between the 17 and 18 of May.\nIt’s a competition suitable for all genders and all levels of fencers. All will be recorded in Twitch (llibresiespases) and the results would be recorded on HEMA ratings.

Slovakia’s oldest HEMA tournament is known for its professional atmosphere\, friendly environment\, and top-tier judging.\n\nThis year\, we are opening the following categories:\n\nA) Longsword OpenB) Longsword Women\n\nHowever\, take note! Participants in the Longsword Open category will be divided into three subcategories:\n\n1) Longsword Beginners2) Longsword Advanced3) Longsword Masters\n\nThe organizer will determine subcategory placement based on the HEMA Ratings ranking. Additionally\, the organizer reserves the right to make adjustments if the current ranking does not reflect a participant’s achievements.\n\nImportant Update:\n\nThe organizer will provide weapons for competitors—there is no need to bring your own swords.
