SUMMARY:London HEMA Open 2025
DESCRIPTION:The London HEMA Open is back for 2025. This year\, we had 95 fencers and almost 500 fights. We were the second largest tournament in the UK\, and the most international by percentage of fencers from overseas clubs. We’re running a two-day tournament on Saturday and Sunday\, followed by Open Sparring at our host club’s venue on Monday morning. \nHead to our website for more information.

SUMMARY:Circle City Steel Clash
DESCRIPTION:This will be our fourth HEMA tournament\, and we couldn’t be more excited! Our goal is to create the best competitive experience for our fencers and the local community\, keeping things smooth\, fun\, and as stress-free as possible.\nTo make sure everyone can join in\, we continue a foam sword format event for those who don’t yet have full protective gear\, so come give it a try on Saturday\, May 3rd at 3 pm (registrations open at 2.30 pm!\nThe rest of the events are on Sunday (the detailed schedule will be posted on April 25th)\nThe Steel Longsword event has Advanced and Novice divisions. Be sure to check out the rules and explanatory videos on the IF CCSC page.\nThis tournament is also a great opportunity for our volunteer directors to gain experience judging real bouts while keeping the atmosphere friendly and open. We are also open to including directors and side judges from clubs with the participation of over 3 fencers. Please\, contact us for details.\nPlus\, as a good tradition\, we’ll be awarding “Best Performance” medals\, as chosen by our tournament directors\, along with 1st\, 2nd\, and two 3rd place medals for each event.\nWe will award 1st\, 2nd\, and two 3rd places for each event.

DESCRIPTION:Bratislava Fecht is Back!\n\nFor the seventh time\, a hundred fencers from Europe and overseas will compete in the large hall of the House of Sports\, Junácka 6. Slovakia’s oldest HEMA tournament is known for its professional atmosphere\, friendly environment\, and top-tier judging.\n\nThis year\, we are opening the following categories:\n\nA) Longsword OpenB) Longsword Women\n\nHowever\, take note! Participants in the Longsword Open category will be divided into three subcategories:\n\n1) Longsword Beginners2) Longsword Advanced3) Longsword Masters\n\nThe organizer will determine subcategory placement based on the HEMA Ratings ranking. Additionally\, the organizer reserves the right to make adjustments if the current ranking does not reflect a participant’s achievements.\n\nImportant Update:\n\nThe organizer will provide weapons for competitors—there is no need to bring your own swords.
